Like this if an average of 3000 Gibraltar citizens will get a medium salary of 15-20 euro salary that it will be much better for Gibraltar economy than to get 1500 -2000 Pounds

Given that by this ocassion Gibraltar apart of some top managers and skilled professional he will not have enough employees to cover all those jobs needs than in order to compensate such situation according to the project we have considered that Portugal and Spain employees will have to work under Gibraltar companies lows in such a way if EU lows will permit despite they will work in Spain and Portugal they will pay salaries taxes as healt and pension contribuition in Gibraltar
Like this dozens thousands of Portuguese and Spanish employees will bring a high contribuition in Gibraltar economy without living in the Rock Land
If EU lows will not permit this than , we will create a special foundation which will get donation from those who will get benefits from those projects outsite Gibraltar and donate to Gibraltar elementaries and Grammar schools in order to help them implement certain projects which will permit Gibraltar pupils over 14 years to work part time and win money from 5 differents ways ,helping their grammar schools to implement several project which will bring millions euros for the Rock economy
